What customers say?

“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a Nigerian myself, I’m very picky when it comes to Nigerian food — especially egusi. And I can honestly say this is some of the best egusi I’ve had in a very long time. Rich, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and made the way it’s supposed to be. The plantains were cooked perfectly too. Sweet, golden, and not oily at all. You can tell everything is made with real care and love for the craft. Not too soft not too hard. Perfect Huge respect to Ched Saba. This isn’t just “good for a food truck,” this is legit Nigerian home-style quality. I’ll definitely be back and bringing people with me. ”

“ Good food, but pricey. I got the potato (?) greens and plantains. The greens was flavored well with beef(?) pieces in it, but also fish it seemed. The rice went well with it. I ordered wings for my friend but she couldn't finish because she said they were too spicy. ”

“ Omggggg this place is so delicious!!! I’ve been to many different African restaurants and haven’t ran into not one as good as this food truck!!! They say the best food comes from a “Food Truck” and today I’m vouching for that !! You go girl ”

- Donnelle Morris -

“ Food is absolutely delicious and the portions is huge. I got jollof rice, meat pie and goat soup. Worth the 46 mins drive. I plan on returning. ”

“ OMG! I’m so excited I couldn’t find no Egusi and fufu in Fort Worth I got tired of going to Arlington and let me see this is some good Egusi and fufu! 10/10 recommend and the customer service is A1. If you in the area and like African food check them out! You won’t regret it!!!! ”

“ This is authentic African food. The flavors are worth every penny. I tried the dried rice and fried fish and it was amazing! I will be back. ”

“ I order different Liberian soups from Rhosabjal Cuisine every week, and they never disappoint! The food is always delicious, well-seasoned, and full of authentic flavors—just the right balance without being overly spicy. Every bite reminds me of home-cooked goodness. Beyond the amazing food, the customer service is top-notch. Sabah is a wonderful person—kind, welcoming, and always making sure I’m satisfied with my order. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows in both her hospitality and the quality of her dishes. If you’re looking for authentic Liberian cuisine that tastes like home, I highly recommend Rhosabjal Cuisine. You won’t be disappointed! ”

“ Ive had Egusi before, but the flavors here were UNMATCHED and AUTHENTIC. Delectably spiced, well rounded and generous with her portion of Fufu, this is the TRUE definition of finger lick'n GOOD. The amount of meat is perfect and there's a little bit of everything for the adventurous eater! At first glance, it is an unassuming red food truck in the corner of a quiet shopping center. When approached, you can hear the quiet hum of the appliances inside before the window slides open. I am probably not a customer she expects. I, a tiny vietnamese woman in her work uniform, peers up at her in the hot Texas heat, but she smiles and you instantly feel at home. I never quite got her name, but her smile and beauty is unforgettable. She quickly took my order and we easily slipped into conversation. I told her I had been meaning to swing by because I have heard so much about Egusi and wanted to try more places that served it. I have Nigerian friends that have served it to me before years ago and I have found a few places here and there but while good, they never seem to hit the spot. We talked about her favorite item on the menu and even recipes that ARENT on the menu that you can request?!?!?! How cool is that?? 1000/10 I HIGHLY recommend the Egusi and honestly, I will be back VERY SOON to try the rest of the menu!! ”
